PRODUCTION TIMES

Production times vary depending on the design and level of customization.

• Standard handcrafted models: approximately 7–15 business days
• Custom and commissioned designs: approximately 3–5 weeks

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on our current workload.

SHIPPING

International express shipping is included for all cue cases.

We use UPS, DHL, or FedEx depending on the destination country and applicable customs regulations. It is not possible to choose the courier.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local fees required by their country.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
