Production, Payment & Shipping
How long does production take?
Most Collection Cue Cases have a typical production time of 7–15 business days.
Fully custom cue cases usually take around 3–5 weeks after the design and order details are approved.
Production time may vary depending on the model, selected options, current workload, and custom details.

How do I pay for a Collection Cue Case?
Collection Cue Cases can be ordered directly through the Shopify checkout. Available payment methods are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
For products ordered directly through the Shop, full payment is required at checkout.
How do I pay for a fully custom cue case?
For fully custom cue cases, payment details are confirmed during the quote process.
Usually, a 50% deposit is required before production begins, and the remaining 50% balance is due when the case is finished and ready to ship.
What shipping method do you use?
Worldwide express shipping is included with Volturi cue cases unless stated otherwise.
We ship using UPS, DHL, or FedEx, depending on the destination country, shipping conditions, and customs regulations. It is not possible to choose the courier. Tracking information will be sent after shipment.
Can I return or refund a cue case?
Custom and personalized cue cases are made specifically for each customer and are generally not eligible for return or refund.
