About Volturi

Volturi Cases was founded in November 2011 in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Having a background in the leather tanning industry as a main business and passion for the sport of pool - combined with the hobby of designing and leather carving - led to the first Volturi cue cases being created.

After positive initial feedback and our ability to access all types of exotic leathers, we decided to embark on this new journey and turn this hobby into a full-time occupation. It was exciting for us to create something new, something different and personalized, which was not available on the market at that time.

Over the years we have been able to develop new techniques, create unique designs and integrate genuine exotic leathers, while constantly thriving to improve the quality of our cases. We are proud to be where we are today and will continue to turn cue cases into luxury and fashion items.

At Volturi Cases we try to combine our passion for the sport of billiard with our love for leather in order to create a unique and handmade fashion product, that will turn heads in every pool hall. Guaranteed.

For the finishing of our cases we use all imported colors from Fenice Waterstain (Italy), Angelus Acrylics (USA), Jacquard metallic (USA) and Createx wicked colors for airbrushing (USA)

What is the lead time for a Volturi cue case?
The average lead time for carved cases from our portfolio is currently around 2 weeks. For cue cases with big custom artwork (e.g. all Superhero cases) we usually need 3-4 weeks. For a new custom case with artwork by your choice, we estimate around 4-5 weeks. The exact lead times depend on our current workload. Please contact us for the current lead times.
How do I order a custom Volturi Case?
1. Have a look through our portfolio to see if there is any design that you would like to use as a base for your custom case.

2. Contact us through our "Get a quote"-Form or via WhatsApp / Messenger / E-Mail here.

3. We will get back to you in less than 24 hours to discuss the details of your custom cue case, the current lead time and the price.

4. After all the specifications and the design is set, we require a down payment of 50%. We will not start to work on a custom case until the downpayment is paid.

5. During the building process of the case we can send you pictures of the progress.

6. Once the cue case is finished, the remaining balance is due. After the final payment is confirmed, we ship the case to your door.
Shipping
International express shipping is always included for all our cue cases. We are using UPS, DHL or FedEx depending on the country of destination and certain customs regulations. It is not possible to choose the courier. After the case is shipped, we will send you the tracking number. Average shipping times: Europe / North-America / Asia
Payment terms
For cue cases which are ready in stock, full payment is due when ordering the cue case through our web shop. For custom cases, the payment terms are 50% upon order, and 50% when the case is finished and ready to ship. We only accept payments via Paypal. When buying a product via our online shop, you can choose to pay by credit card without creating a Paypal account.
Warranty
Volturi Cases are custom-made with high quality standards and usually provide our clients with many years of enjoyment. While we cannot offer a leather goods warranty for our cue cases, complimentary repair resolutions may be offered based on the specific condition of your cue case if it displays an issue related to the way it was crafted.
Return policy
Since our cue cases are all custom-made according to your personal preferences, we cannot facilitate returns and refunds. All sales are final.
